This is a 14 karat yellow gold ring that offers a tension-mounted .60 carat oval-cut, genuine pink sapphire and .16 carats of round, brilliant-cut, H-I color, SI2-I1 clarity, tension-mounted diamonds on the stepped shoulders. The ring is approximately 6.25mm wide at the top with polished shoulders that taper to the shank. The ring is US size 7.5, sizing details are listed below. 4.15g Admin: G11241/8itt
