This sterling silver ring features a 12 x 9 mm, 5.20 carat cushion-cut, glowing soft pink, genuine amethyst that is prong-set beneath a .35 carat total weight cluster of round, faceted genuine rhodolite garnets. The pendant is finished in 18 karat rose gold and an affixed ring at the top holds a solid bail that can accommodate up to an approximate 3mm chain.
