This is a 14 karat yellow gold ring that features genuine yellow, blue, and pink sapphires that graduate in size as they approach the center. The approximate 4.00 carats total weight of multicolored sapphires are prong-set and the top of the ring is approximately 12mm and tapers to an approximate 3.25mm shank. The ring is US size 7 3/4.
