This sterling silve ring features a .75 carat, cushion-cut, genuine aquamarine. The 6mm gemstone is prong-set in a halo of .08 carats total weight of round, faceted, natural blue diamonds that are enhanced with blue rhodium prongs. The ring is US size 10. This is the size the ring was cast in, not altered from another size. Those who have needed sizes greater or less than 2 sizes of their original size, know that the metal and settings can become compromised.
