1. This item is brand new and offered for sale at auction by a manufacturer or individual consignor. The item is in new condition with only the slight possibility of evidence of storage or handling for sale preparation.

All weights, sizes, measurements, as well as the color or clarity of any gemstones or diamonds mentioned in the titles, descriptions, introductions, notes or anywhere in the auction catalog shall be considered "approximate" regardless of the inclusion of the word "approximate" or any similar adjective.

4. LIMITED FREE SIZING. This ring can be sized down by two (2) sizes or up one (1) size at no charge to the winning bidder. The free sizing offer is limited to one event (if 2 sizes are required, the ring must be sized from a 9 to a 7. It cannot be sized from a 9 to an 8, then later from an 8 to a 7 on this offer). The free sizing offer must be accepted within 30 days of the completion of the sale. It can be done prior to shipping (which would delay shipping by 5-7 days) or the winning bidder can arrange to ship it back to the auction house for sizing (a $20.00 shipping fee could apply for return shipment of the ring).
