This ring appears to be custom-crafted, and very well-made.
An approximate .50 carat square-cut, sky blue topaz is bezel-set in a domed frame of ribbony swirls. The split shoulders taper to a "comfort fit" smooth, polished sterling silver shank that is approximately 3.75mm wide. The ring has a reticulated gallery plate.
