This is a 14 karat yellow gold ring with an approximate 5.00 carat, oval-cut, prong-set, genuine ruby (treated*) and approximately .25 carat total weight of round, faceted, H-I color, I1 clarity diamonds.  This ring is US size 7.25 and can be sized for an additional charge.
