Description

White gold bar pin/brooches became popular during the Art-Deco era (1920-1930’s) following a period that favored platinum, which became scarce, due to its use in the war.

All weights, sizes, measurements, as well as the color or clarity of any gemstones or diamonds mentioned in the titles, descriptions, introductions, notes or anywhere in the auction catalog shall be considered "approximate" regardless of the inclusion of the word "approximate" any similar adjective.

This is an antique 14 karat white gold bar brooch/pin, popular in the early 1900’s, and just a beautiful today.  It is set with 3 blue sapphires that are approximately 2.5mm each, for an approximate .30 carats total weight.  The pin is approximately 2" long and has a locking C clasp closure.  This is an estate item that is in very good condition, with only signs of wear typical of jewelry from its era.  Admin: C33901/14lgt
