This 14 karat yellow gold ring features a .85 carat oval-cut, genuine Johnson Mine ruby and .03 carats total weight round, brilliant-cut, H-I color, I1 clarity, accent, side diamonds. Rubies from the Johnson Mine range in color from deep red to pinkish-red and some have natural inclusions, common to most rubies. The rubies are used in jewelry made by artisans, as well as international manufacturers, as completely natural or enhanced to improve color and clarity. The ruby in the ring is heat-treated, with the possiblity of a filling to repair natural cavities often found in corundum. This ring is US size 8.
